1. Returns
Eligibility:
You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- For defective or incorrect items, please refer to the section below on "Defective or Incorrect Items."
Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at WorkinSilence999@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Please use the return label provided by us.
- Other Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is received.
2. Refunds
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards or other items that are not returnable by their nature
3. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.
